Inventory receiving

Send us tracking numbers. We receive FCL containers, LCL, pallets, cartons, or small parcels at our Doral facility. Photo documentation on arrival.

Inspection & counting

Every unit counted and inspected. Damaged or mislabeled units flagged immediately with photos. You approve or quarantine before we proceed.

FBA prep work

FNSKU labeling, poly-bagging, kitting — all done to Amazon's current specs. Every batch QA'd by a second set of eyes before packaging.

Shipment creation

We create the shipment plan in your Seller Central, apply case pack labels, and coordinate carrier pickup (UPS, FedEx, LTL).

Tracking & follow-up

We track every shipment to Amazon FBA check-in. If a unit is rejected, we handle the reconciliation. You see everything in real time.

FBA Prep FAQ

Are you truly Amazon SPN Certified?

Yes. We're listed in the official Amazon Service Provider Network directory. View our profile. This means Amazon has audited our facility, processes, and quality standards — which translates to zero chargebacks for our clients.

What's the minimum order for FBA prep?

No minimum. We'll prep 1 unit or 50,000 units. Volume pricing kicks in automatically at 51+ units.

How do you handle Amazon rejections?

If Amazon rejects a unit (mislabeling, prep violation, etc.), we reconcile at our cost. Our prep accuracy is 99%+, so this is rare — but when it happens, it's on us.

Do you prep for Hazmat (dangerous goods)?

We prep select Hazmat categories (limited class 9, batteries in devices). For full hazmat programs, we'll refer you to a specialized partner — we don't take on what we can't do perfectly.

Can I see photos of my prep work?

Yes. Every prep batch includes photo documentation — labeled units, bundle composition, case pack, and shipment sealing. Available in your client portal or via email.

What happens if my shipment plan changes after prep?

Amazon changes destination fulfillment centers frequently. We re-print shipment labels at no cost if Amazon modifies the plan within 48 hours of our prep completion.
