From your shipment arriving in Miami to leaving our dock toward LATAM — typically under 48 hours.

Freight arrives in Miami

FCL/LCL containers from PortMiami or Port Everglades. Air cargo via MIA. Direct truck drops at our Doral facility.

Receiving & inspection

Photo documentation on arrival. Carton count verified against manifest. Damage flagged immediately.

Consolidation or repacking

Combine multiple inbound shipments. Repack into destination-appropriate cartons. Re-palletize as needed.

Export documentation

Commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin — in Spanish or Portuguese per destination.

Cross-dock & drop-shipment FAQ

Can you receive my container directly from China or Asia?
Yes. We regularly receive FCL containers from Shanghai, Ningbo, Yantian, Shenzhen, and other Asian ports via transshipment or direct routes. PortMiami and Port Everglades have excellent Asian connections.
How does the Drop-Shipment service work?
You store inventory with us. Your LATAM customers place orders on your Shopify (or via our portal). Each order triggers a drop-shipment: we pick, pack, label, and hand off to your international carrier. Charge is $6.00 per package, flat rate regardless of destination.
What's the difference between FCL and LCL receiving?
FCL (Full Container Load): We receive a whole container. We handle unloading, palletization, and inspection — all inclusive. LCL (Less than Container Load): Your freight arrives consolidated with others' cargo. We separate, inspect, and process only yours.
Do you handle import taxes and duties?
We don't directly handle payment — that's typically between you and the destination country's customs broker. But we prepare all the documentation needed so your broker can process duties smoothly on arrival.
Can you recommend freight forwarders for each destination?
Yes. We have trusted carrier relationships to all 9 LATAM countries. If you don't have a preferred carrier, we'll recommend based on destination, cargo type, and budget.
How do you handle regulated goods (tobacco, alcohol, cosmetics)?
We have specific experience with tobacco for ECU (working directly with ILC), alcohol for MEX/CO, and cosmetics for multiple markets. We know the documentation and labeling requirements.
